Discussions between David and Mitch led to the realisation that many young people, for a variety of reasons, but usually financial, often do not have the opportunity to start the essential ‘believe - achieve’ process. To put it another way, these young people would not be given the key to unlock their potential and achieve as much in life as they could
Being practical, David and Mitch looked for a way to provide that key. Consequently, they recruited two other Trustees to add experience and balance to the team. Neill Williams and Rikki Hunt were brought on board, giving the Trust additional business expertise as well as providing further examples of individuals who have been successful not because they had wealthy or privileged backgrounds but because they had worked at unlocking their own potential and now wanted to give that chance, early in life, to others.
